What is the best touchscreen for use with MonoTouchLive?
You cna sue any single tocuh touchscreen, always capacitive technology is more sensitive and i sugest that instead resistive touchscreens.
Here 2 models use very sensitive Optical technology from company called NEXTWINDOW, is great technology for single touch. This technolgy support dual touch, but when use with 2 touchs, this techology is absolutly non accurate, generating false and ghost touch. I try contact to Nextwindows company, they not have answers to all the trobles this technology have.
I you want multitouch, stay away of this models.
DELL SX2210T this LCD is multitouch, and support up two fingers at same time, use optical technology and is very sensitive!
HP Compaq L2105tm his LCD is multitouch, and support up two fingers at same time, use optical technology and is very sensitive!

Any kind of tocuhscreen or tablet PC can be used, please buy wide screen aspect for use with MTL 3.x
The best for me:
HP TX2Z & HP TM2 tablets, this 2 models have capacitive accurate multitouch sensors, specially the TM2 model.
NOTE:
MTL not support multitouch yet
