About Pablo

Pablo Martin was born in Argentina 23rd July, 1974. He started his Dj carreer at the age of 13, with strong influences in his childhood and adolescense by the increasing synthetic sounds of the 70s and 80s’ coming from artists such as Georgio Moroder, kraftwerk, Jean Michael Jarre, Vangelis, Depeche Mode, New Order, Art of Noise, Marshall Jefferson, Dj Pierre, 808 state, VodoRay , Frankie Knuckles, Inner City, Paul Walden (Guru Josh) and the legendary Argentine Dj Pato C, to mention but a few.

With more than 22 years of career as a Dj, he has shared work with many important Djs from the Argentine scene. He is currently in charge of residences in major clubs and events.
In April 2005 Paul has developed a tool for Djs called MonoTouchLive, and it’s been worldwide renowned in blog reviews and forums as well as in magazines like Dj Magazine and Future Music UK.
In January, 2010, after 5 years of intense research and development, Argentinian DJ and innovator, Pablo Martin introduced to the world a revolutionary new way to play music, EMULATOR!!
In June 2010 the first video of Emulator went viral attracting over 1.4 Million views.
In September 2010, Pablo partnered with Canadian DJ and businessman, Alan Smithson to develop a sales and marketing strategy that would see Emulator take centre stage in the DJ world. For more info about Emulator, plase visit SmithsonMartin Inc 
SmithsonMartin Inc. launched their flagship product, Emulator in March 2011. They were recently awarded the DJ Mag Tech Award – Most Innovative Product for this.
